- Q. What does the recruitment process involve?
- A. Your application is carefully screened according to set criteria and if successful, you will be invited to undertake ability tests. Following success at this stage we will conduct a credit check and ask you to complete an online personality questionnaire. As part of the last stage of the recruitment process, you will be invited to an interview at Picture House. In some instances you may be required to attend a second interview. We will make reasonable adjustments for all candidates with disabilities. Please ensure you inform us in advance to discuss your requirements by telephoning our HR Team on 01633 717607.
- Q. What do you look for in a credit check?
- A. The credit search will be carried out using a credit referencing agency, who will make a record of our search. The check will include CCJs, bankruptcy and delinquent debts registered (e.g. defaulted on payments to a loan which has not yet been paid in full). If any of these appear on your credit report we unfortunately will not be able to progress your application.
- Q. How do I prepare for ability testing?
- A. Picture will provide candidates with information outlining what you can expect at the ability testing stage. There are many websites devoted to psychometric testing – so you can always practice online first. We recommend the following link: http://www.shl.com/shl/en-int/candidatehelpline
